In the Organizational Assessment phase, we assess and measure the alignment of
the organization's culture, leadership and management styles to its vision and strategic objectives using a variety of tools which include:
Culture Survey
This measures the existing organizational culture against the desired culture, as determined by the leadership team, in order to determine the gap that exists between these two cultures. The results are then used as a platform for developing a strategy to bridge the gap.

Leadership Impact Survey
This survey measures the impact that each leader has on his or her team’s performance. Based on the outcome of the assessment, we then develop practical strategies to align the performance of each leader to their key performance indicators. This ultimately supports them in leading high performing teams that deliver on the promised outcomes.
Management Effectiveness Profile System
This system measures the current skill level of frontline managers and supervisors. Results are used as a coaching tool to identify necessary skills for effectively managing the day to day operation of their units.
