Q. What impact do High Performance Cultures have on company success?
A. Research clearly shows that companies with constructive cultures are significantly more successful than companies that do not have high performing cultures. A healthy organizational culture is the single most important foundation for sustained excellence.
“Companies with constructive cultures increased revenues over an 11-year period by 682% and their net incomes by 756%, compared to 166% and 1% respectively for those companies with defensive cultures.” (Kotter and Heskett; Corporate Culture and Performance).

Q. What has the greatest impact on organizational culture?
A. Culture is a direct reflection of leadership style and is considered the most critical indicator of an organization’s ability to achieve both short-term targets and long-term goals. ‘The Best of the Best’ (ground breaking research on Canadian CEO’s and their businesses), links leadership and constructive culture to higher earnings, less volatility and overall superior organizational performance.

Q. How can Dynamic Achievement help us achieve our strategic objectives?
A. Dynamic Achievement will:
1. Measure and develop an understanding of the current organizational culture and the impact it is having on bottom-line results
2. Develop a vision of the ideal culture and strategize to develop the leadership qualities and actions that will realize this vision
3. Implement interventions designed to transform and align the leadership team to ensure the desired outcome
4. Provide strategies to align the entire organization to its vision, values and strategic objectives
5. Develop the competencies necessary to deliver on the organization’s objectives
6. Measure success and fine-tune as needed.

Q. Please describe your organization's philosophy on adult learning.
A. The methods used by Dynamic Achievement Group are based on the philosophy that, in order for a corporate development program to have an immediate, significant and long-lasting impact, it must produce results at the individual level as well as at the organizational level. Our philosophy holds that one must address not only the skills necessary for corporate achievement, but must also go beyond that to deal with the fears, beliefs and limiting behavior that often keep well trained people and leading-edge companies from moving forward, despite their best intentions. By taking organizational development further than the typical one-dimensional, skill-specific information download, Dynamic Achievement equips participants with the tools needed to retain new skills and knowledge and ultimately maximize their full potential.

Q. How do you incorporate this philosophy into your curriculum?
A. All of our programs begin by creating, with participants, an understanding of the reason, purpose and value that they will receive from the program. We first discuss two alternative perspectives: the “stay as you are” (no change) perspective, or the progressive, forward moving perspective. This theme is further developed through group participation until it is clear that all participants understand the choice of two key perspectives they have in every situation. We then set the scene for the program by having participants state what they expect to gain and what they perceive as barriers to their success. Through dialogue and exercises, participants are also enabled to identify the way limiting perceptions have hindered their progress.
Course content is delivered through the latest tools and techniques for accelerated learning. We use a combination of presented information, group discussion, experiential processes, coaching, and question and answer sessions. Participants are given opportunities to identify the most effective ways of using the information practically, to practice these new skills, and to observe others doing the same. Built into every program are exercises that stretch participants and develop greater confidence. Our programs are highly participative, interactive and experiential to ensure retention and sustainability.
Through skilful facilitation, an environment of trust, respect and professionalism is created in the room. Sensitivity to each participant, as well as the dynamic of the whole, is also always a key focus of the facilitator. Our instructors and coaches constantly gauge the level of energy and attention of the group.

Q. What are some of the methods or approaches you use in order to increase the likelihood of observable behavior change on the job?
A. We use the following five methods:
1. A “Big Picture” Perspective
Teach the team members to choose their own positive outlook on a daily basis and conquer self-limiting beliefs. Life choices, positive or negative attitudes and unproductive belief systems all contribute to people’s ability or inability to go beyond their limitations.
2. Self Knowledge
Help the team members to recognize their own positive and negative beliefs, behavior and actions and understand how they affect performance.
3. Empowerment
Show team members how to focus on positive behavior and unleash their true potential.
4. Achievement
Give team members the tools to reliably achieve results on a consistent basis.
5. Success – Personal and Organizational
Team members’ personal success will lead to organizational success and will effect a positive change in others.

Q. How do your course modules build on each other to develop an individual along a certain career path?
A. The design of every Dynamic Achievement program starts with a clear and mutual understanding of the desired end results. Once this is determined, each module of every program is strategically designed to link to the overall company strategy and build on each other in terms of skills, attitudes, behavior and competence. This ensures that with the progression of every module and program, participants are developing and receiving maximum value and growth, at both personal and professional levels.

Q. How does your training methodology foster collaborative learning?
A. With the high level of participation incorporated into all of our programs, participants have many opportunities to work together in groups on mini projects – all with specific goals and objectives. This type of interaction in pursuit of set objectives builds strong bonds and fosters collaborative learning. In addition, most of the programs include our Quantum Leap Communication process, a leading-edge technique for bringing about a fundamental change in the way groups and teams think together.

Q. How are your customized courses developed?
A. Where applicable, each of the following studies is conducted by Dynamic Achievement for the purpose of customizing an ideal program:
1. On the job/in the field analysis. This type of “hands-on” research and information gathering establishes current attitudes, behavior and levels of competence.
2. One-on-one interviews with strategically selected participants or company representatives. The purpose of this research is to gather any necessary additional feedback or different perspectives, in order to enhance and add value to the final design of the program.
3. Individual SWOT Analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats). This gives us important information on individual areas of strength, opportunity and growth.

Q. How do you ensure the sustainability of your customized programs?
A. For the purpose of reinforcement and sustainability, all our programs are designed to take place over a pre-determined period of time. Depending on the specific program, the design and delivery of the sessions are appropriately spread out, allowing participants to apply their newly found skills and return to the next session for evaluation, feedback and further coaching. As our programs are experiential, when participants complete the program they are already practicing the new methods.
Furthermore, we build internal capacity by certifying internal trainers through our “Train the Trainer Certification” program to enable continued progress and in-house training for maximum retention and sustainability.

Q. How are skills reinforced once the initial training is complete?
A. Dynamic Achievement has certified coaches who offer one-on-one and group coaching as well as field coaching options. In addition, leaders undergo our high performance coaching program which empowers them to conduct formal and informal coaching sessions with their teams. Program participants can also use Eitan Sharir's book Activate Your Power as a useful tool to ensure reinforcement and the sustainability of initial training.

Q. Do you have a training measurement system and/or tools? How are these applied?
A. We use different measurement tools depending on client needs and objectives and the program itself. Even within the same industry and the same company, different measurement tools are often required. Therefore, we usually agree on the specific tools once the programs have been developed.
