Eitan Sharir- President
Eitan Sharir is a highly respected business advisor, leadership consultant and speaker, and the President and founder of Dynamic Achievement Group. Eitan holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in business economics and economics, a post-graduate commerce degree in general management and international marketing and a Masters in Neuro Linguistics. Since 1994, he has worked with thousands of business professionals in key areas ranging from Culture Transformation to Visionary Leadership and other business areas focused on achieving superior performance results.
Combining his in-depth knowledge of human behavior with a charismatic and highly captivating delivery, Eitan provides a unique approach to corporate development. He has extensive international experience as a consultant and coach and offers effective strategies for sustainable transformation. Eitan has worked with clients to successfully merge multiple cultures into a cohesive single culture with significant increases in revenue, employee engagement, market share and bottom-line results. In addition, many of his clients have reported higher levels of productivity, reduced safety-related issues and overall employee satisfaction.
Eitan has worked with leading organizations, such as TELUS, London Drugs, VanCity, Interior Savings Credit Union, PCL Construction, CANFOR Forestry Products, Sheraton Hotels, Avis Rent a Car, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Scotia Bank, Sara-Lee Corporation, Otis Elevators, Colgate-Palmolive and Mercedes-Benz. Eitan also personally coaches top business executives in achieving both their personal and corporate objectives. To provide additional support, Eitan has also written a book entitled Activate Your Power on personal leadership.
Underlying Eitan’s success as a consultant and coach is his personal experience in the corporate world. Eitan’s business experience stems from work in two large multi-national organizations (Unilever and Borden Foods) in the areas of marketing, account management and general management, culminating in the position of Managing Director for an organization specializing in Information Technology.

Iris Colyn - Vice President, Operations
Iris is a dynamic and accomplished Management Professional with a track record of outstanding performance in the creation and implementation of training programs for companies. With Dynamic Achievement, she is now responsible for research, operations and the development of all programs. Iris was previously the National Director of a large Non-Government Organization that focuses on education and training. She also has vast international experience in developing training projects in urban, rural and underprivileged communities.
Iris is recognized as a hands-on, proactive trouble-shooter who can rapidly identify business problems, formulate effective strategic plans, initiate change and implement programs in challenging and diverse environments. She has been trained in the implementation and evaluation of Quality Systems and has assisted several manufacturing companies in preparing for, obtaining and maintaining ISO 2001:9000 certification. Apart from her Bachelor of Education degree, Iris has a Master’s of Science in engineering business management (University of Warwick, UK).

Brent Stewart - Strategy Development and Implementation
Brent has been a professional facilitator and executive coach since 1992. He also serves as a member of the associate faculty for Royal Roads University, teaching personal leadership, ethics, coaching, and teamwork. As a seasoned facilitator of the renowned Pursuit of Excellence seminar, Brent has worked with thousands of individuals across Canada and internationally in intensive four and five-day programs dealing with attitude, personal accountability, win/win strategy, relationships and effective communications.
Prior to becoming a trainer, Brent had a successful career in management and sales, having received extensive training at Xerox and holding the position of General Manager of Dickie Dee Ice Cream, a national company with over one hundred franchises across the country. He combines an understanding of business with tremendous skill in individual and group learning processes.

Myrna Ain - Strategy Development and Implementation
Myrna's specialty is large scale cultural change initiatives. Myrna received her Master's degree in adult education before shifting her focus to the corporate setting, where she became the senior training consultant for Achieve Global, the world's largest training organization. She is currently involved with a variety of major organizations, assisting in both the design and implementation of organizational alignment initiatives to support their strategic plans.
By measuring and then examining the role that leadership and culture play in organizational success, Myrna helps leaders to deliver on their goals, be they financial, brand, quality, customer and employee satisfaction. Myrna’s keen understanding of the principles of strategic leadership, especially as they apply to the complexities of the changing corporate environment, has resulted in highly regarded work with prominent financial, pharmaceutical and technology corporations. Myrna also co-created a joint Canada / US research project, the first of its kind in Canada, called “The Best of the Best: the role of leadership and culture in creating Canada’s best organizations,” presented in Toronto at the 2003 to the Conference Board of Canada.

Daniel O'Connor - Strategy Development
Daniel works with executives and entrepreneurs to develop strategies that create real value for their customers, employees, and investors, while making a positive difference in the world. He brings to this work twenty years of experience in strategic management, organization development, and financial valuation. Beyond his consulting work, he has designed curriculum for, made presentations to, and convened dialogues with thousands of managers in both academic and professional settings, including the State of the World Forum and over 50 graduate business schools across North America.
Daniel holds a BA in economics from the University of Illinois, an MA in organization development from Antioch University, an MBA in strategy and finance from the University of Chicago, and a certificate in international business from London Business School.
He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Karen Sella - Strategy Development
Known for her values-based, results-driven approach, Karen has fourteen years of experience leading individual and organizational development efforts as a consultant, manager, and coach. She works with business leaders to create alignment between their individual intentions and actions and their company culture and structure. Through a combination of organization assessment and leadership development, she helps clients actualize their core values to deliver significant results.
Karen has a Bachelor of Science in organizational psychology and fine arts, and a MA in expressive arts therapies. She has been certified to use Spiral Dynamics Integral (SDi), as well as the Kolbe System as a Kolbe External Specialist (KES), and is also a Myers-Briggs Type Indicator - MBTI® Qualified Administrator. She is also a member of the American Society for Training & Development (ASTD) and the Organization Development Network (ODN).

Christina Sestan - Strategy Implementation
For the past 12 years, Christina has focused on developing comprehensive customer service initiatives in a variety of different corporate settings. Christina has spent hundreds of hours working with individuals and teams to overcome obstacles and achieve success. Using powerful insight, Christina works with employees and executives to unravel the knot of office politics and lack of direction to get people working together in a powerful way. Christina’s initiatives have resulted in revenue increases of up to 400%.
Christina received her Certified Professional Coach designation (CPCC) from the Coaches Training Institute, one of the most recognized and established coach training organizations worldwide. In addition to studying Psychology at the University of Calgary, and Sales & Marketing at BCIT, Christina has also gone through extensive management training.

Sandy Russell - Strategy Implementation
Sandy Russell is an accomplished facilitator, course designer, trainer and coach with a 12 year background in human resource development. Sandy brings a passion for inspiring and developing people along with a strong personal commitment to delivering high quality business results. She has spent hundreds of hours coaching and training individuals and teams to improve performance in the areas of leadership development, effective people management, change management and healthy communication.
Sandy holds a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) from the University of British Columbia and studied at Queen's School of Business in Ontario. She is a Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) and received her Certified Professional Coach designation (CPCC) from the Coaches Training Institute in California. Her professional coach training includes the areas of business and life, organization and relationship systems, and habit shifting.

Robert Ciccone - Director of Marketing
As Sales and Marketing Director at Dynamic Achievement, Rob is responsible for the development and direction of value-added services, marketing policies, objectives and initiatives, as well as the management of the Dynamic Achievement brand. Rob has over 16 years of experience in front line sales, management, marketing and business building, and has completed formal studies in business and economics as well as personal studies in management, training, psychology, coaching, communication, personal development and peak performance. He has run and managed the business and marketing operations of national and international multi-million dollar companies.
Rob has earned his Certified Professional Marketing Consultant designation (CPMC) and is a member of the Sales and Marketing Executives International (SMEI) and the International Guild of Profesional Marketers (IGPM).

Meghan Sharir - Creative Editor
Meghan Sharir brings her eclectic experience to her position as Creative Editor with Dynamic Achievement. Co-author of a book on environmental policy, Meghan has also edited a variety of professional manuals, newsletters and trade papers. She holds a degree in International Relations, post-graduate work in language and linguistics, and instruction in the fine arts.
