Organizational Assessment
In this phase, we assess and measure the alignment of the organizations’ culture, leadership and management styles to its vision and strategic objectives using a variety of tools such as Culture Surveys, Leadership Impact Surveys, and the Management Effectiveness Profile Systems.

Strategy Development
In this phase, we work with the executive team to develop strategies that optimize the organization’s strategic imperatives, such as leadership, people-skills and competencies, structures, and systems and processes, in order to achieve the organization’s vision and objectives. For the development of these strategies, we use results obtained through Dynamic’s strategy assessment tools, or existing data from our clients.

Strategy Implementation
In the Strategy Implementation phase, we work with the client to align the entire organization to the strategy, vision and culture required to achieve optimal results. Facilitated planning sessions, workshops, and coaching are used to address specific competency needs, engagement issues and clarity of purpose. This phase of action achieves long-lasting transformation, alignment within the organization, and enhanced team work that lead the organization toward exceptional results.

Sustaining Momentum
Successful organizations ensure that they continue to grow and improve in every aspect of the business. In this phase, we work with organizations already aligned to their desired vision and culture to enable them to sustain the momentum and continue to evolve. As part of this process, we also enhance the capacity of leaders and internal trainers to coach, support and positively impact their teams.
