"In 2005 Kwantlen University College set out to develop a service excellence program to create a culture of care underlying the service provided to our students. Over 140 employees at Kwantlen have participated in phase I of the program (“Kwantlen Service Excellence”), with many others already starting phase II (“Coaching and Mentoring”).
