The Dynamic Achievement Leading-Edge Approach (LEA) is a proprietary technology and system of program facilitation. Our approach incorporates the latest research on human behavior and accelerated performance strategies into a fully interactive, activity based, seven-phase system of advanced learning and program facilitation:
Phase 1: Clarity of Purpose
The starting point of every program is the process of identifying, understanding and agreeing upon: the goals and objectives of the program, how success will be measured, what is to be expected, and the roles of everyone involved.
Phase 2: Taking Responsibility
In phase 2, ownership of the program is transferred to each individual participant. In this phase we ensure that every person has taken full responsibility for his or her role in the achievement of the agreed upon vision, goals and strategic objectives of the program.
Phase 3: Clearing Obstacles
During this phase, we work at eliminating all obstacles that may affect the successful implementation of new perspectives and strategies for success. This clears the way for everyone to be productive in achieving the program’s objectives.
Phase 4: Developing Competence
