The Co-Creation Leader is designed to develop and expand leaders’ capacity to influence and inspire their teams to deliver business results faster. The uniqueness of The Co-Creation Leader is its primary focus on developing an organization’s culture to create excellence – both in leadership and in results. We do this by developing 10/10/10 leaders: 10 for Self-Mastery, 10 for Leadership, 10 for Results.

How the Program Works

We start with 10 for Self-Mastery. In this highly immersive process, leaders identify their life purpose and values and how those need to be expressed in their role in the organization. This part of the program is often described by participants as “life changing and transformative.”
Once each leader is on the path toward Self-Mastery, we shift to 10 for Leadership. In this part of the program, we focus on what it means to be a leader of people and practical ways to lead, inspire, and also hold team members accountable for performance.
The third 10 is about Results. This is where we measure leadership not only by increased engagement, higher accountability, and greater teamwork and collaboration – but also by the achievement of bottom-line results.

Develop a Mindset for Leadership Excellence

Through our experience in working with some of North America’s most successful organizations, we have learned that to achieve excellence, leaders and teams need more than just skills training.
Mindset is about each person’s outlook and beliefs, which determine how effectively they behave and perform. To develop a mindset that achieves excellence, both individually and collectively, we work with your leaders and teams to minimize ineffective mindsets and enhance those that deliver superior performance.
Mindset for Leadership Excellence highlights our significantly differentiated approach to organizational training development. Some of the words that have been used by clients to describe this program are: “Our Breakthrough”, “The Big Shift”, “The Game Changer”.

Phase 2

Build Skills to Deliver Leadership Excellence

One of the key differentiators of our program is that we are not developing leaders in a vacuum. Rather, we are focused on working with each client to create their ideal culture – one that supports their unique needs in order to deliver results. This program is fully customized and tailored to each client’s vision, mission, values and strategic objectives. It’s the only way that a culture of excellence can be achieved.
Phase 2 begins with a culture assessment that identifies the strengths and gaps in leadership skill sets. Based on this assessment, we then provide leaders with the specific skills they need to be highly effective in this environment. It is not enough to develop leaders individually – they must also be collectively skilled in order to shift the culture and get the results they want.

Phase 3

Sustain Leadership Excellence

In order to achieve and sustain excellence in performance and results, leaders need to be consistently applying their new mindset and skills. Most leadership programs don’t deliver on this because there’s no long-term plan in place beyond the training. We work with our clients to ensure that changes stick.
By following Dynamic Achievement’s unique sustainability plan, your team will engage in structured cohorts and continue to apply their learnings on the job. This leads to improved communication and collaboration, increased capacity to innovate and lead through ambiguity, a stronger focus on developing team members, and a relentless drive to deliver results.
Your leaders will have ongoing access to our ACHIEVE online learning system with a wealth of resources to support their ongoing development and application of skills.
