Mindset is about each person’s outlook and beliefs, which determine how effectively they behave and perform. To develop a mindset that achieves excellence, both individually and collectively, we work with your sales team to develop and enhance mindsets that deliver superior sales performance.

Phase 2

Build Skills to Deliver Sales Excellence

One of the key differentiators of our sales program is that we are not developing sales professionals in a vacuum. Rather, we focus on working with each client and their unique situation, challenges, and needs, in order to deliver sales excellence faster.
In Phase 2, we begin by identifying the biggest opportunities for accelerating sales performance, and how to shift our customer relationships from ‘Vendor’ to ‘Preferred Supplier’ to ‘Strategic Partner’.
‘The 7 Steps to Strategic Sales Excellence’ process is a structure that we use to create customer interest, build trust and credibility, investigate true needs, and demonstrate our superior advantage, ultimately, resulting in improved sales performance.
In this phase, we work with specific scenarios that the sales team is engaged with in their day to day customer interactions and practice them in small groups with feedback and coaching.

Phase 3

Sustain Sales Excellence

In order to achieve and sustain sales excellence, sales professionals need to be consistently applying their new mindset and selling skills on the job. Most sales development programs don’t deliver on this because there’s no long-term plan in place beyond the training. We work with our clients to ensure that changes stick.
By following Dynamic Achievement’s unique sales sustainability plan, your team will engage in structured cohorts and continue to apply their learnings on the job. This leads to improved communication and collaboration, increased development and innovative ways of building strong customer relations, the ability to sell during market challenges, and a relentless drive to deliver sales results.
Your sales team will have ongoing access to our ACHIEVE online sustainability system with a wealth of resources such as video lessons and demonstrations, team accountability agendas (TAGs), and lesson quizzes to support their ongoing development and application of skills.
